Movement Dynamics User Website guide

Introduction

This guide covers the following areas:-

  • Ordering from the website

Ordering from the website

Here is a summary of the ordering process

  • Go to the website home page  www.movementdynamics.com
  • Select Products (Top Navigation)



  • Click the appropriate product from the right hand menu e.g 5in5 Pack 5



  • Click Add to Basket
  • To order another product click Products (Top navigation)



  • To order multiple user licences either repeat the above, or select the number toggle from the shopping cart screen

  • Click next
  • Either create your account, or fill in your email address / password if you are a returning customer.
  • Click next
  • Click tick box to agree to terms and conditions
  • Click next – then select payment option, if you are testing then “Pay by Cheque” is the best option as you can change the status to     payment received in the admin area. If a customer pays by paypal then the order process is fully automated.
  • The user then receives a series of emails including their “Site licence” and payment confirmation.

User Admin area / Renewing 5in5 / PES products


  • Site administrators can login to their admin area, this is not intended for user, but for administrators to – renew licences and to    delete licences incorrectly allocated.
  • The login is the same as that selected when ordering from the store.
  • Click Summary



  • Licences can be renewed by clicking on the renew button
  • Users can be removed from each module using the user option, this allows for licences to be freed up for download by a different    device in the event of a loss of a PC.



Downloading / Using the player

  • Click the link provided on the email to download either the MAC or PC versions of the App.
  • Enter the site licence and the users unique email address in the registered by field.



    Try to use an email address in the registered field.

  • Select module and then download – each download allocates a site licence, so care is needed to ensure users only download the    modules they need.
